Crashes Immediately!

Unfortunately regardless of whatever I have attempted (uninstalling/reinstalling), it crashes immediately upon entering a word for its definition. EVERY TIME!!!
If I could give no stars I would - or better yet - a negative start rating! ---> MINUS 5!
It wouldnt bother me so much if it had been a free download, but I paid for this version.
FAIL!
